About Us

75+ years of experience.
One team.

ExecuScapes is locally owned and operated. When you call us, you're working with people who have done this for a long time — and who still show up on site.

The people behind the work

It takes every
one of us.

Since 2015, we've built ExecuScapes around people who care about the work and the people we're doing it for.

A finished landscape or a well-kept property is never one person's work. It's a team showing up, looking out for each other, and following through — on your site and behind the scenes.

We trust our team.
You can too.

We know the people we send to your property. We work alongside them, rely on them, and stand behind their work. That trust isn't just between us — it's what we bring to every customer relationship.

From the first conversation to the details at the end of the day, the whole team has a part in making it happen.

Meet the team

The people who answer your call, walk your site, and make sure the work gets done right.

Co-Founder · Director of Landscape Construction

Colten Cluff

Born and raised in Arizona, Colten has spent more than 20 years in commercial landscaping, working on some of the most premier landscapes in the Southwest. He's a trained arborist who builds his work on relationships, and he holds his reputation and honesty above almost anything else. Away from the job, he spends as much time as he can with his wife and kids. Colten is also co-owner of our sister company, Elite Pest, Weed and Termite, LLC.

Co-Founder · Director of Landscape Maintenance

Dave Cluff

Dave has spent more than 35 years in the landscape industry, and some of his customers have been with him for nearly that entire time. A fifth-generation Arizona native, he comes from a long line of farmers and ranchers who were among the early families of rural Gilbert and Chandler. His love for the land led him into landscaping, and he's been here ever since. Dave takes pride in being a true partner to every customer and looking out for their best interests.

Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager

Paul Davis

Paul runs the day-to-day operations of our commercial maintenance crews. He comes from a hardworking, honest, blue-collar family and brings years of administrative experience to keeping crews and schedules on track. Paul is an ALCA Certified Landscape Professional and an ALCA Certified Irrigation Technician, and his easygoing, straightforward personality quickly earns our customers' trust.

Office Manager

Chris Swift

Chris is often the first person you'll talk to when you reach out to ExecuScapes. She has worked alongside Colten and Dave for more than 10 years and runs our accounts receivable and payable. Chris stays on top of every detail and makes sure our customers are taken care of behind the scenes — and she's one of the kindest people you'll ever meet.

Business Systems & Processes Manager

Lauryn Mooney

Lauryn recently joined ExecuScapes after years of improving systems and processes across multiple industries. She's leading our push to bring in better technology and systems, helping our team work more productively so we can take even better care of our customers.
